GEN. ROBERT C. OAKS ENDORSES KATHLEEN ANDERSON
February 4, 2020
SALT LAKE CITY – Today, Gen. (Retired) Robert C. Oaks, USAF, former commander of NATO Air Forces in Central Europe, and Co-chair of Trump for President Utah announced his endorsement of Kathleen Anderson, Republican candidate for Congress in Utah’s Fourth District:
“I’m proud to endorse Kathleen Anderson for Congress in Utah’s Fourth Congressional District. Like me, Kathleen is a strong supporter of President Trump. She will work with him in Congress to advance an America First agenda that defends the Constitution, stands strong against socialism, and protects our country against all threats.” -Gen. (Retired) Robert C. Oaks, USAF.
“It’s a great honor to have Gen. Oaks’ endorsement,” added Anderson. “His service to America and dedication to supporting our President is a true inspiration to me. Today’s announcement is another sign of our momentum in this race, and I look forward to working alongside Gen. Oaks and the rest of our growing team to beat Ben McAdams in November so the Fourth District has a Representative who works with – not against – President Trump.”
Gen. Oaks’ endorsement comes after the 4th quarter finance reports show Anderson taking the cash on hand lead in the Republican primary with over $40,000 more than her nearest opponent. Anderson was also recently named to the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Young Guns program, another sign of her strength in this race.
